Xacobe Martínez Antelo is a musician, entrepreneur and cultural activist. (Compostela, 1976). In the field of divulgation, he's been developing didactic concerts and master classes for more than 15 years, and for all types of audiences: professional musicians, music students, jazz fans, boys and girls of primary and secondary, seniors or groups with diverse capabilities. In addition to jazz educational concerts, he also conducts directed Improvisation workshops, using techniques such as Soundpainting. Its discovery of Soundpainting was directly from the hand of its creator, Walter Thompson, about 20 years ago. Soundpainting is a Sign Language applied to Improvisation. The Director or Soundpainter composes live improvised pieces multidisciplinary and collectively. Multidisciplinary because although it began in the 70's applied to music, today it is used in almost any artistic expression: Movement, Plastic and Visual Arts, Theater, Literature, Performance, etc.… Currently, Xacobe Martínez Antelo is a "Certified Soundpainter", and is dedicated to the practice of Soundpainting in a stable way, training, learning and enjoying.
